Dinesh Molela hand makes Shrinathji in this Terracotta artwork. Shrinathji rivets the mind, soothes the soul and arouses the bhaav of Ananda within. A form of Krishna, we see his left arm raised upwards, this represents the time when Krishna lifts the hill of Govardhan to protect the people of Vrindavan from Indra’s wrath. Symbolizing that he carries the weight of the fears, anxieties and worries of his devotees, asking them to seek refuge under him.
