Rajendra Sharma, or Raju ji as we call him, has been a miniature artist for 25 years and has been interested in painting from the age of 10. He is self-taught and learned the nuances of miniature art on his own because he did not come from an artistic household; his father was a legal draughtsman. Being in Jaipur and observing the exquisite art that was patronised by the Mughals naturally drew him to Miniature Paintings. His ambition is to popularise this art in every part of the globe so that many more people can study and advance it.
