The oleograph by G.V. Venkatesh Rao representing Lord Venu Gopal in the company of Gopies creates a mesmerizing depiction of divine beauty set against a lush landscape. Lord Venu Gopal is a manifestation of Lord Krishna and carries profound symbolic significance in Hindu Mythology. He is often depicted holding a flute, which symbolizes divine love, compassion, and harmony. Rao's mastery of color and its execution is evident in this oleograph, as he skillfully depicts the elegant beauty of Lord Venu Gopal. This is a limited edition capsule collection of original oleographs/ chromo lithographs from the 1920's and 1930's created at the original Raja Ravi Verma Printing Press. This collection of paintings was originally made by Raja Ravi Verma and artists like CS Ramanujam. The oleographs are embellished with original delicate Japanese paper silk and Zari work in real gold and silver which was done by artists in the same period. These oleopgraphs were created in limited numbers and thus each artwork is limited to only 1 in availability with us. Varma used oleographs on paper, a type of lithography that uses oil paints on paper to make his work available to the masses. He eventually sold the press to one of the Germans. The stone-printing procedure allows exact brushstrokes and patterns to be replicated on a large scale with multitudes of tones and diverse colour palette. The artist signature is on each of the artworks and each artwork will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from MeMeraki.

Each of our artworks are hand painted by master artists across India. We provide an authentication certificate with this artwork signed by the artist.

Ready To Ship/ In Stock artworks are shipped in under 2 weeks. We only accept return requests for Ready to Ship/ In stock artworks placed within a week from date of delivery.

Made To Order artworks will take 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped once they are ready. Returns are not applicable on Made To Order artworks.
