Made To Order artworks will take 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped once they are ready. Returns are not applicable on Made To Order artworks.

Gareeba Singh Tekam, a distinguished Gond Artist hailing from Dindhori, Patangarh, Madhya Pradesh, has dedicated 25-30 years to mastering the intricate art form of Gond painting. Influenced by his family legacy, Gareeba learned the art from the renowned pioneer of Gond painting, Jangadh Singh Shyam. Alongside his wife and daughter, he passionately continues this artistic tradition, primarily receiving national recognition while occasionally garnering international acclaim.

Despite limited formal education up to the 6th grade, Gareeba's artistic prowess shines through his vibrant creations, which often depict the enchanting beauty of nature. His largest masterpiece, a stunning 10 feet by 8 feet painting showcased at the Taj Hotel during the Dastakar Haat Committee event, highlights his deep connection to the environment. While Gareeba predominantly paints on canvas and paper, his versatility extends to various materials, ensuring his captivating narratives find expression on walls and fabrics alike. Gond

Gond art is a traditional form of painting practiced by the Gond tribal communities of central India, primarily in the states of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. It is characterized by its vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and depictions of nature, animals, and tribal life. From peacocks, and elephants, to an ant, each creation tells a story and reflects the close relation of the Gond people with their environment. Artists use fine lines and dots to create elaborate motifs, often incorporating elements of folklore, mythology, and spirituality into their designs. The art form was passed down orally from generation to generation, with artists using natural materials like leaves, mud, and charcoal to create elaborate designs on walls, floors, and other surfaces.
