In this calming Pichwai, artist Naveen Soni depicts Krishna's vahana - the cow. Pichwai is a devotional cloth painting traditionally hung behind the idol of Shrinathji in Nathdwara temples, where colour, symbol and space together create a sacred backdrop. At the heart of the composition, three cows appear in a gentle, layered alignment, their faces emerging one behind the other as if moving together in quiet rhythm. The soft blue sky and stylized golden leaves create a calm, open setting, allowing the viewer’s attention to rest fully on the serene expressions of the animals.
Their bodies are marked with delicate red handprints, symbols of blessing and devotion, highlighting Krishna's presence and role as gopala or protector of cows. Fine gold lines trace the ropes, horns and ornaments with luminous care. The composition feels airy yet intimate, capturing the sacred presence of cows within Krishna’s pastoral world. Through minimal elements and balanced spacing, the painting transforms a simple grouping into a meditative, devotional scene filled with stillness and grace.

Returns and Replacements
We offer replacements or repairs if your artwork arrives damaged or has a quality issue. As each artwork is handcrafted, we do not accept returns or refunds for orders received in the expected condition.
Delivery Timeline
Ready To Ship/In Stock artworks are shipped in 3-4 days. We only accept return requests for Ready to Ship/In stock artworks placed within a week from date of delivery. However, no returns can be accepted for international deliveries.
