This graceful painting from Sushil Soni’s collection is a beautiful celebration of a blissful full moon night, capturing Lord Krishna as he plays the flute, enchanting the sacred cows, Gopis, and the entire forest. The aesthetics of the canvas are heightened by flying celestial figures, such as Gandharvas, and peacocks seated upon the Kadamba trees.
At the heart of the artwork, Lord Krishna stands in his serene blue-hued form, radiating divine innocence and strength. Adorned with delicate jewelry and a gentle peacock feather crown, he is flanked lovingly by the Gopis (maidens of Vrindavan).
