This Cheriyal painting by master artisan Sravan Kumar presents an interpretation of the Tree of Life motif, rendered in the traditional storytelling aesthetic of Telangana. Rooted in the visual language of Nakashi scroll painters, the composition uses strong black outlines, stylized figuration, and a vibrant color palette to depict a thriving ecosystem of flora and fauna.
At the center of the artwork, a main tree with a tall, slender trunk branches out into a dense canopy filled with yellow mangoes. Monkeys and squirrels climb through the branches, while birds perch along its outer edges. Beneath and around this central tree, the landscape unfolds into distinct color fields of terracotta red, golden yellow, and deep indigo blue. The surrounding environment features palm trees, flowering bushes, and circular foliage clusters housing nesting cranes and perching white doves.
On the left side, a vertical gallery of stacked archways frames a diverse assembly of animals depicted in profile, including tigers, lions, deer, rhinos and bears. Near the center, a rooster with patterned plumage stands proudly above a stream of pale blue water filled with fish. To the right, an antelope gazes into the forest, while tall palms frame the right edge of the composition. The entire scene is framed by a decorative yellow border featuring subtle floral scrolls.
Each of our artworks are hand painted by master artists across India. We provide a digital authentication certificate with this artwork signed by the artist which will be sent over email after 3-4 days of delivery of the artwork.

No, we currently sell artworks unframed (unless explicitly mentioned otherwise) and do not provide framing services.
We ship worldwide. All artworks are handmade and couriered securely in transit safe packaging sutaible for the artwork.

Returns and Replacements
We offer replacements or repairs if your artwork arrives damaged or has a quality issue. As each artwork is handcrafted, we do not accept returns or refunds for orders received in the expected condition.
Delivery Timeline
This artwork will be Made to Order and will take 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped.
Once your order is placed, our team stays in constant communication with the artist to track the progress and ensure the quality of your order. You will receive regular updates from us throughout this process.
