This exquisite contemporary wall hanging by Nagaloom is a striking testament to the rich heritage of Indian hand weaving, meticulously crafted using the traditional loin loom technique. The piece beautifully blends heritage craftsmanship with modern design sensibilities. At the heart of the artwork lies a bold, dark central panel adorned with symbolic geometric motifs, meticulously woven in a creamy ivory hue. These motifs are symmetrically repeated, evoking a sense of rhythm and balance. Flanking this central panel are two wider sections of alternating fine cream and dark horizontal stripes, creating a visually captivating contrast. The symmetry and texture offer a perfect blend of structure and fluidity, showcasing the artisan's deep understanding of color play and pattern harmony.
