Bio Haneef Usta is a generational Usta artist from Bikaner who learnt Usta Kala from his father-in-law. He was one of the eight students who attended the Usta Camel Hide Training Centre that aimed to revive this golden art in post-colonial India. He is one of the handful artists left who still practice this art. In order to safeguard his legacy, he has taught hundreds of students from all parts of India.
