Founder and CEO

Yosha is the founder of MeMeraki and a FinTech leader with 15+ years of experience across the World Bank Group, Gates Foundation, IDEO, and multiple startups. She has a strong background in product management and has worked across Asia and the UK on financial inclusion and innovation. Beyond tech, Yosha has a lifelong passion for India’s heritage arts, having championed over 100 events over 25 years to support and spotlight traditional artists.

Previously, she founded a cashback app in India with over 1 million users, backed by 500 Startups, Vectr Ventures, Facebook’s FBStart, and Cyberport Hong Kong. A sought-after speaker and startup advisor, Yosha has published thought leadership with the World Bank and the Financial Alliance for Women, including on how FinTechs can tap into the multi-trillion-dollar female economy.

She’s been named among the Top 100 Women in FinTech, Top 50 FinTech Influencers in Hong Kong, and was recognized on Hong Kong’s Diversity List. Her accolades include nominations for the Google India Digital Women Awards and the American Chamber’s Women of Influence Award.
