About the Artwork +

Talented artist Pankaj Kumar's masterpiece – Marriage Procession Usta Miniature – takes us on a mesmerizing voyage into the heart of Rajasthan's Usta artistry. Usta art, rooted in the Mughal era, beautifully blends Persian aesthetics with indigenous motifs, and this painting is no exception. Kumar's skillful strokes and meticulous detailing bring out the intricate patterns, intricate golden filigree work, and richly adorned elephants, infusing the canvas with a sense of regal celebration.
