Krishna Leela is a vibrant painting created using the traditional techniques of waraq printing and Pichwai painting. The fabric was first prepared with a flour-and-water paste, after which the artist depicted scenes from Shrinathji’s life using butter paper and wooden blocks. Gold and silver leaf (waraq) embellish the artwork, while natural pigments bring to life Mughal-inspired floral patterns and divine figures. This painting vividly depicts a joyous gathering around Shrinathji, set in lush groves and palace gardens, with gopis in rhythmic procession and divine episodes unfolding across pavilions. Rooted in Nathdwara’s devotional traditions, Pichwais typically narrate Shrinathji’s tales through visual grandeur and ritual elegance. This painting was completed in 7-8 months by the artist with help from some apprentices.
These artworks are exclusive national award winning pieces and are available for view and purchase for the very first time for NCR residents at ‘Kaarigar Sangam at the Kunj’ and are exclusively available for patrons outside Delhi through MeMeraki. These are being sold at no commission and are inclusive of GST , however shipping and packaging will be charged separately. Each of our artworks are hand painted by master artists across India. We provide a digital authentication certificate with this artwork signed by the artist which will be sent over email after 3-4 days of delivery of the artwork.

No, we currently sell artworks unframed (unless explicitly mentioned otherwise) and do not provide framing services.
We ship worldwide. All artworks are handmade and couriered securely in transit safe packaging sutaible for the artwork.

Returns and Replacements
We offer replacements or repairs if your artwork arrives damaged or has a quality issue. As each artwork is handcrafted, we do not accept returns or refunds for orders received in the expected condition.
Delivery Timeline
This artwork will be Made to Order and will take 3 weeks to be made and shipped.
Once your order is placed, our team stays in constant communication with the artist to track the progress and ensure the quality of your order. You will receive regular updates from us throughout this process.
All MeMeraki artworks are hand-painted. In rare occasions, artist may face delays due to weather, health, prior commitments or force majeure. Our team will reach out to you with revised timelines in case of such delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
