Renowned artist Sameep Vishwakarma in his Bastar Craft superbly constructs a decorative piece featuring Lord Ganesha in the center, bordered with rats and round shapes. Lord Ganesha is one of the most revered deities in Hinduism and is widely worshipped as the remover of obstacles and the god of wisdom, knowledge, and new beginnings. His presence at the center of the decorative piece signifies blessings, protection, and the seeking of auspiciousness in various endeavors. In Hindu mythology, rats are considered the vehicle (vahana) of Lord Ganesha. The presence of rats in the border of the decorative piece represents the association of Lord Ganesha with these creatures and serves as a visual reminder of his presence. The round shapes on the border symbolize various aspects, such as cycles of life, eternity, or the cosmic wheel. The combination of Lord Ganesha, rats, and round shapes creates an overall aura of auspiciousness.
Each of our artworks are hand painted by master artists across India. We provide a digital authentication certificate with this artwork signed by the artist which will be sent over email after 3-4 days of delivery of the artwork.
