This Pichwai painting by Naveen Soni presents Shrinathji at the center of a richly ornamented floral setting, rendered with remarkable precision and the luminous use of gold foil. Pichwai is a traditional devotional painting style from Nathdwara, created as temple backdrops to honor Shrinathji, a form of Lord Krishna, and to visually narrate themes of devotion, nature, and divine presence.

AT the center of the composition stands the radiant figure of Shrinathji, as his dark blue form is in striking contrast to the soft sky-blue background, immediately drawing the viewer’s attention to the divine presence. He is depicted with one hand raised upward, symbolic of lifting the Govardhan mountain. He is dressed in elaborate robes and jewellery, holding a stick for hearding cows as well as lotuses which symbolise purity and abundnace.

Surrounding Shrinathji is an elaborate network of flowering vines, lotus blooms and sacred cows with saffron handprints - highlighting his role as gopala or proetctor of cows.The gold foil highlights in the ornaments, garments, borders, and floral elements lend the composition a radiant, sacred glow, enhancing the devotional atmosphere of the painting. The cows placed on stylized lotus platforms further reinforce the Vaishnavite symbolism associated with Krishna and the pastoral world of Vrindavan.

Executed in the traditional Pichwai style, the work balances intricate detailing with a strong central focus. The careful line work, flat yet vibrant colors, and ornate border create a sense of richness without overwhelming the composition. No, we currently sell artworks unframed (unless explicitly mentioned otherwise) and do not provide framing services.

Domestic Orders

All prices are inclusive of GST and applicable Indian taxes.

• We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1999 for all artworks, except Lippan, Terracotta and Thikri.
• A flat shipping rate of ₹499 applies to orders below ₹1999.

Lippan, Terracotta and Thikri

Shipping is charged on a per-kilogram basis, due to the delicate and bulky nature of these items.

International Orders

• A flat shipping charge of ₹4,000 applies to international artwork orders.
• Customs duties, taxes, or import charges in the buyer’s country are not included and must be borne by the buyer.
• Shipping rates for Lippan, Terracotta and Thikri artworks will be calculated based on weight.

Additonal Shipping Charges

Extra charges may be applicable for both domestic and international deliveries in the following cases:

• If the article requires additional packaging (such as a wooden crate) to ensure safe shipping due to its delicate nature.
• Custom-framed artworks.
• Artworks where shorter side exceeds 36 inches or Decor items with any side over 35 inches.
• If you request express shipping. Contact support to check availability.
• The order contains more than two different product types.
